In order to enrich the cultural life of the vast number of employees in the park and strengthen the construction of corporate culture, the opening ceremony of the tenth employee art festival organized by the Labor union of Changping Park in Z-Park and the theme activity of "Encourage Flying and Create the Future Together" were successfully held in exchanged in Petroleum Technology Exchange Center on April 27.

The opening ceremony of the 10th Workers' Art Festival took the activity form of enthusiasm and joyful African drums.

16 companies were divided into four tribal groups. Through learning and experiencing African drum training and a series of team games, the rhythm of African drums and the art of expression are combined to improve interpersonal relationships in a short time and establish a team spirit and mutual cooperation, which can further strengthen the efficiency of individual and team work, thereby improving the individual's ability to achieve self-challenge, communication, collaboration and leadership, enhance the individual's sense of participation and responsibility for the collective, effectively relieve the pressure of employees, and establish a team centripetal force .
