He is responsible for Digsur’s military-civilian integration-related business and concurrently serves as the secretary general of the Aviation Information Special Committee of China Netcom's Civil-Military Integration Promotion Association. He is once a former pilot of a division of the Air Force, the deputy director and director  of the Air Force Command Operation, deputy director of the Air Force Second Technical Investigation Bureau, deputy president and president of the Air Force Command Aviation Magazine. He has participated in the round-war in Fujian province and the Air Force's "deterrence" exercise against Taiwan province; participated in the planning and organization of the capital air defense "Joint-2000" actual military exercise, in the organization and command of the "98 Anti-Flood" and the Capital National Day Parade Air Echelon in the 50th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China; he has also organized, coordinated and directed the aerial survey flights of China-Vietnam, China-India, China-Mongolia border and the capital area in recent years, and participated in the border negotiations of China-Vietnam and China-Mongolia organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During the time at the Air Force Command, he directly organized and mastered the theoretical research, standard formulation, and designed and formulated national military flight procedures.
